ArLA 2024 Annual Conference

I have always loved libraries and stated at a young age that I wanted to be a librarian. My library career has spanned over a decade. I spent six years in a public library as a children's librarian and six years in an academic library as a reference librarian and then director. My professional pursuits include promoting the library's value as a recruitment and retention tool. I love to crochet amigurumi, embroider, and, of course, read. My perfect day would be a rainy fall day, curled up on the couch, reading a romance novel.
